ORI methodology r3
The third revision of the research white paper. It explains assumptions, evaluation methods, test boundaries and open questions.
Read full white paper (PDF) ↗Security assessments often describe what is configured, not what has been verified. We investigate how incomplete evidence affects risk conclusions—and how to turn that uncertainty into targeted, accountable verification.
Separate reported safeguards from claims supported by actual evidence.
Identify which additional checks would most meaningfully strengthen a risk conclusion.
Show where assumptions, missing observations and model boundaries affect recommendations.
Our central research question: what conclusions are justified when visibility into a security environment is incomplete? The ORI r3 white paper studies evidence dependencies, conditional paths, model assumptions and controlled scenario comparisons. The work aims to support more disciplined risk questions and verification planning.

Explore the ORI interface ↗Explore how evidence dependencies, model assumptions and scenario comparisons help organize security verification. The paper records the research methods and boundaries.
Review the methods and evidence ↗Selected public manuscripts in quantum entropy, operator algebras, algebraic quantum field theory and Weyl systems. These are the author's scientific works; they form a research record distinct from ORI product validation.

Read abstract, versions & authorship ↗We welcome well-defined collaboration proposals from academic researchers, independent scientists and cybersecurity practitioners. Current topics include evidence-aware cyber risk assessment, model verification, observability limits, entropy inequalities and operator-algebraic methods.
Propose reproducible evaluation cases, adversarial scenarios, evidence-quality metrics or independent methodological critiques.
Explore concrete open questions in entropy, quantum information or operator-algebraic mathematical physics. Projects and attribution are agreed individually.
Propose a research collaboration ↗
A proposal should include the question, relevant prior work, proposed contribution and desired collaboration structure. An affiliation, institutional endorsement or publication is not automatically conferred.
Mathematical preprints are authored by Hassan Nasreddine and retain their listed arXiv status. FortiSec’s ORI research and the public ORI platform follow separate release paths. For data handling and practical examples, see the links below.
